Custom "MAMA" Applique Crewneck

While "MAMA" is our most requested design, we are happy to customize your applique design with any name or word (such as MOM, NANA, MIMI, DADA, AUNTIE, Initials, or a child's name). Please include your desired word for the applique in the "Special Instructions" at checkout. Custom names must fit within the standard design area and may be subject to an additional fee depending on length. Please email us at fandwstitched@gmail.com before placing your order if your custom name is longer than 6 letters. 

If you would like to add personalization for just $5.00 (such as a name stitched beneath the applique or "EST 2025") please indicate "Yes" and specify the name requested in the "Special Instructions" at checkout. There is a 12 character max limit.

These sweatshirts are typically made with Hanes EcoSmart or Gildan crewnecks. If you prefer a different brand or there's a certain color you like that is not offered here, please reach out to us via the Chat feature or email us at fandwstitched@gmail.com before checking out.

How to Send Your Keepsake Items:

1. Place Your Order - Select your sweatshirt size, color, and any customization options (Name, "EST. 2025", etc.). Complete checkout to reserve your spot.
2. Prepare Your Keepsake - You may send:
   
   • • • Baby Blankets
       • Swaddles
       • Newborn Outfits/Onesies
       • Burp Cloths
       • Or any soft fabric item with sentimental value
3. Ship Your Item(s) to Us - After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation message with the shipping address and packing instructions.
   1. • Place your keepsake in a sealed bag for protection.
      • Include your name, order number, and any notes about fabric placement if applicable.
      • Ship using a trackable method (recommended).
4. We create Your Custom Sweatshirt - Once your keepsake arrives, we'll hand-cut and applique the letters, then finish the embroidery with professional detail. Production typically takes 7-14 days after receipt. 
5. Receive Your Finished Heirloom - We'll package your completed sweatshirt with any unused fabric returned to you. Your special memories come back transformed into a beautiful, wearable keepsake!

Keepsake Applique Policy

1. Customer-Supplied Items- Customers may send baby blankets, swaddles, clothing, or other soft fabric items to be used for applique work. By sending these items, the customer acknowledges that the material will be cut, trimmed, and permanently altered to create the custom design.
2. Condition of Items- Please ensure all items are clean, smoke-free, and free of pet hair before shipping. Items that arrive heavily soiled or with odors may be returned to the customer at their expense or cleaned for an additional fee.
3. Usable Fabric Requirements - Each letter requires a section of fabric approximately 4"x4" but at least 6"x6" per letter is preferred. Items with limited usable fabric may result in creative placement, mixing fabrics, or a smaller design. If an item does not provide enough usable fabric, the customer will be notified before work begins.
4. Fabric Handling- Every keepsake is handled with care; however, due to the sentimental and often delicate nature of these items, normal wear, thinning, or stretch may affect the final appearance of the applique. Fearfully & Wonderfully Stitched is not responsible for imperfections inherent to the fabric itself.
5. Shipping Your Keepsake - Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their keepsake to us. Please send materials using a trackable shipping method. Fearfully & Wonderfully Stitched is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit to our location.
6. Return Shipping - Return shipping of the completed order is included in your purchase unless otherwise stated. Any unused fabric will be returned to you with your final product unless you request otherwise. 
7. Turnaround Time - Production time begins once keepsake items are received, not at the time of order. Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days, though this may vary during peak seasons. Rush orders must be approved before purchase. 
8. Approvals & Design Placement - Fearfully & Wonderfully Stitched reserves creative discretion regarding fabric placement and design layout to ensure the best possible result. Specific placement requests may be honored when feasible but cannot be guaranteed.
9. Cancellations & Refunds - Orders involving keepsake items cannot be canceled or refunded once the keepsake has been received or work has begun, due to the custom and irreversible nature of the process. If the keepsake item has not yet been mailed, cancellations may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
10. By placing an order and sending keepsake items, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
