Processing Time
- All orders are handcrafted to order, so please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your items are shipped or ready for local pickup unless otherwise noted.
- Custom orders may take 7-14 business days depending on complexity
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
- We will work with you and the shipping carrier to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup
We're thrilled to offer local pickup for your faith-inspired embroidery!

How It Works
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
- Pickup is free - no shipping fees apply.
- Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions.
- Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) when you arrive.
- Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus any applicable processing fees.
